Seanie Smith has been ratified as the Cavan minor manager for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. The former Cavan and Mullahoran player has been given a 2 year term with and option of a 3rd year after a review. The Breffni minors last won the provincial title in 2011 while they have contested the deciders in 2017 and 2015 losing to Derry on both occassions.
