East Cavan Eagles made it five wins from five with an excellent 57-50 win over Moy Tolka Rovers.
The Eagles are three from three on the road in the misquote.ie women’s national league division one.
Eagles edged it 12 points to 11 at the end of the first quarter and were able to build on their lead as they headed in 40-32 ahead at half-time.

The hosts started to mount something of a comeback and had cut the deficit to six, 39-45 at three quarter-time.
Tolka’s comeback continued bringing it back to a one point game with 4:17 on the clock. However Eagles were strong when questions were asked.
Using the clock well and adding three free throws in the final seconds, Eagles claimed victory 57-50.
