Manager Michael Graham was happy in particular with the 2nd half performance of his side

1 goal and 2 points in additional time seen Armagh get the better of Cavan last night in the opening round of the Bank of Ireland Dr. Mc Kenna cup in Kingspan Breffni. With the Orchard county leading by 6 points to 3 at half time, a strong come back by the homeside in the 2nd half seen them go ahead by 1 point, but a late flurry of scores including a goal from Ross Mc Qullian give his side the victory. Speaking after the game Cavan Manager Michael Graham was happy to get a competitive game and the performance of his side against Division 1 opposition

Next up for Cavan is the visit of All ireland champions Tyrone on Tuesday night next.
