It is an all Ulster clash in Kingspan Breffni in Round 1 of the competition

The quarter final pairings of the Northern Group in the Tailteann cup will be known tomorrow evening (Saturday 28th).  At 2 o clock Down are the visitors to Kingspan Breffni to face Cavan who are favourites now only to progress from that game but to lift the title. The 2 sides are coming into the game in contrasting form, while they both lost out in the Ulster championship, Cavan did reach the last 4 and were perhaps unlucky in the their performance against Donegal while Down were comfortably beaten by Monaghan at the quarter final stage, that result coming on the back of their relegation from Division 2 of the league. Killan Clarke is aware of the Mourne men's plight but knows they can take nothing for granted

Throw in for that game is at 2pm and we will have live coverage with thanks to Erne Motors Toyota Dublin Road Cavan.
