Cavan U16 ladies came up short in their All Ireland final against Kildare last night in Athlone. The Breffni side trailed by 5 points to 2 at half time and while they narrowed the gap during the 2nd half a goal from Anna Dillion was enough to see the Lilywhites win out by 1-10 to 0-09 points.
