The focus in the GAA has moved to the club championship games

With the club championship in full swing some focus has been on the rules that were introduced at the start of the year and featured in the inter county game. That focus has now turned to the club competitions and one rule in particular has been causing some concern teams in regards to ensuring the correct number of players remain in one half of the field. A number of infringements have been punished in games across the region and speaking after their draw against Scotstown, Clontibrets Dessie Mone remarked that players are still adjusting to the changes

It is a bye for Clontibret this weekend as they currently sit top of the Group 1 table on 3 points.
