The prize giving will be hosted at the Squealing Pig bar and Restaurant

The eagerly anticipated Squealing Pig Monaghan Border Navigation Trial Championship prizegiving takes place this Friday night at 8:30pm.

The prize giving takes place in the venue of the main sponsor. Conor Mohan finished first Navigator overall (OA) with David McCrudden finishing second and Conor Boylan finishing third.

In the driver’s section, Martin Tynan finished first, Derek Mackarel finished second and Shane Dalton third.

In the Expert class, Greg Shinnors/Andy Mackarel finished first with Evin Hughes/Pakie Duffy finishing second and Ryan Treanor/Colin Duffy finishing third.

Aaron McElroy/Declan Tynan finished first in the semi-expert class with Ciaran Coyle/Niall McDaid second and Molly Maguire/Eoghan Corr taking third.

In the Novice class Aaron McGorman/Martin Swinburne took first, Anthony McDonald/Ciaran McGorman finished second, whereas third place went to the brother pairing of Eoghan and Shane Farrell.

Whereas, Fourth place went to Gretchen Swinburne/Sean McConnell. Fifth in class went to Eoin Quinn/Keith Sheridan and sixth in class went to Damien Sheridan/Patrick Masterson.

Monaghan, Cavan, Midlands and Donegal motor clubs all hosted rounds of the championship
