Cootehill Celtic were crowned Cavan senior hurling champions after beating Mullahoran 1-16 to 0-9 in the decider at Kingspan Breffni.
The sides traded six points each during the opening 22 minutes before two successive points saw Cootehill lead 0-8 to 0-6 at half-time.
Six minutes after the restart, Cootehill opened up a four-point gap before Ronan O’Hagan eventually opened Mullahoran’s second-half account 60 seconds later.

Rian Delaney’s goal on 44 minutes gave Cootehill an eight-point lead and a strong finish saw them finish with ten points to spare.
