Corduff open Monaghan senior championship campaign with draw

Corduff battled back to take a draw with county champions Ballybay in their first ever Monaghan senior football game.

Corduff coming back late on to score 2-8 to 14 point draw with Ballybay.

While Latton O'Rahileys scored a one point win over Aughnamullen in their 11-points to 1-7 victory, as the championship gets underway.

Group two of the championship continues on Sunday, Clontibret host Magheracloone at two o’clock, while Inniskeen host Scotstown at five o’clock.
