Cavan and Westmeath will contest the first ever final

The countdown is continuing to the first ever Tailteann cup final this Saturday in Croke Park as Cavan prepare to take on Westmeath. Both sides have shown good form during the course of the competition to reach the decider which will act as a curtain raiser to the All Ireland semi final meeting of Derry and Galway. Neither team are reporting any major injury concerns ahead of that fixture and should have full panels to pick from . Mickey Graham bolstered his back room team earlier this year by bringing in Ryan Mc Menamin and he noted the experience the former Tyrone footballer took to the panel
