Cuchulainns booked a place in the ulster intermediate semi-final with a three point win over Irvinestown.
The Cavan side winning out 2-18 to 1-18 thanks to goals from Adam O’Reilly and Niall Magee in the first-half. Cuchulainns led 2-8 to 10-points.
The Cavan champions went on to win out 2-18 to 1-18.

Meanwhile, Monaghan champions Carrickmacross booked a place in the semi-final with an easy 1-22 to nine point win over Naomh Columba.
Donnach Swinburne sixth minute goal powered Carrickmacross ahead who led 1-8 to 0-2 at half-time. The Monaghan side always had plenty to spare as they won out 1-22 to 0-9 winners.
