Days and times confirmed for Tailteann cup quarter finals

Cavan are set to face Fermanagh in the last 8

The GAA have confimed the the dates and times for the quarter finals of the Tailteann cup this coming weekend. Following the draw yesterday Cavan are away to Fermanagh in Brewster Park Enniskillen with that game throwing in on Sunday at 4pm. All-star goalkeeper Raymond Galligan top-scored for the hosts in their victory over Down on Saturday past

He remarked afterwards that the provincial semi final loss to Donegal had hurt for a few days, but they were now fully focused on the Tailteann cup competition

The other quarter final in the Northern Group will see Leitrim taking on Sligo also on Sunday at 3pm in Carrick on Shannon. The first of the Southern group quarter finals throws in on Saturday in Tullamore as Offaly welcome New York at 2pm with Carlow and Westmeath facing each other on Sunday at 2pm in Netwatch Cullen Park
