The Cavan Junior champions have had back to back wins in Ulster

The attention turns to the Ulster Junior club semi finals this weekend as Drumlane will take on Newtownbutler First Fermanaghs in St Tiernachs Park Clones. The Cavan champions will enter the game as favourites following their 2 victories in the provincial competition so far with a preliminary round win over Craigbane of Derry followed by a victory over the Monaghan champions Clones. Newtownbutler had a quarter final win over Na Piarsaigh of Antrim. Drumlane manager Martin Dunne remarked after their recent win that the strength of their panel was a major boost to them

Ulster GAA have also confirmed the times and venues for the semi finals of the intermediate and senior championship games on the weekending 27th of November. Corduff and Castlerahan will contest a Northern Sound derby in the Intermediate last 4 when they meet in Crossmaglen with the other semi final between Dungloe and Gallbally in Celtic Park. In the senior championship Kilcoo will continue their defence of their provincial and All Ireland titles against Enniskillen Gaels at the Athletic Grounds while Carrigan and Glen will face each other in O'Neills Healy Park Omagh.
