The Monaghan wing back claimed a first All Star having moved from the forward line to defence

Fresh from claiming his first intercounty all-star, Conor McCarthy will be turning his attention back to the club scene.

Scotstown are preparing to face Trillick in the senior semi-final on Sunday at 1pm at the Box-It Athletic grounds, Armagh.

Speaking to the sports desk the forward turned defender remarked it took a period of time to make the transition.
