Ireland back on training field at the Rugby World cup

The Irish face Tonga in their 2nd round game on Saturday

Jack Conan remains a doubt for Ireland's second Rugby World Cup pool match against Tonga. The back row forward injured his foot in the first warm-up game against Italy five weeks ago. He was absent from training with the rest of the squad in Tours today as he continued his rehab in the gym. Dan Sheehan and Dave Kilcoyne did train today ahead of the game on Saturday. Meanwhile England flanker Tom Curry will find out his punishment tonight after being sent off in their Rugby World Cup opener against Argentina. He'll appear virtually before a disciplinary committee. Curry had a yellow card upgraded to red in the early stages of the match in Marseille following a review of a dangerous tackle.
