Round 2 of the Triton Showers National rally championship will take place in Birr this coming weekend with a high quality entry confirmed. Josh Moffett who is on a fine run of form at the moment is the number 1 seed in his Hyundai I20 R5 with Keith Moriarty on the notes. Keith Cronin and Mikie Galvin are at number 2 in their Volks Wagon Polo R5. Kevin Eves and Chris Melly are the top modified seeds at 16 in their Toyota Corolla Twin Cam. Eoin Longworth is clerk of the course for the rally and he spoke to Sean Mc Caffrey about the event noting firstly how motorsport is effectively part of his life
The rally is also a counting round of the Sligo Pallets Border championship, Top part West Coast Rally championship and Hugo Loonam Midlands east rally championship
