Leona Maguire, has posted an opening round of 7 under par to lead the LPGA Tours Mediheal Championship in California. The Cavan golfer matched the tournament record with nine birdies and 2 bogeys and missed out on setting a new record with one of those bogeys been on par 5 ninth. That 65 sees Maguire top the leader board by one shot over Jasmine Suwannapura. Leona will tee off her 2nd round at 9:10pm Irish time.
