Leona Maguire and Stephanie Meadow begin their bid for major glory later. The Irish pair are in the field for the US Women's Open at Southern Pines in North Carolina. Both players tee off this evening (Thursday). Leona will be looking to regain some of her early season form which seen her claim a first every win on the LPGA tour but in recent tournaments has failed to make the cut. It's the second of the season's five major championships.
