Leona Maguire in the hunt at Evian Championship

Leona Maguire is four shots off the lead at the halfway point of the Evian Championship.

The Cavan woman carded a second-round 71 in France today, sitting four shots off the lead heading into the weekend.

Maguire scored a birdie at the second hole before a bogey at the par-three eighth. Another birdie followed at the par-five 15^th, but Maguire dropped a shot at the par-three 16^th.

17 saw the Cavan woman shoot a birdie, while the 30-year-old finished with a bogey at the par-five 18^th.

Korea's Somi Lee leads by one stroke at 10-under-par. Lee shot a six-under-par 65 to move top of the leaderboard.
