Leona Maguire performs well but stays off the lead

Leona Maguire shot an impressive two under-par third round to move but remains 10 shots off the lead at the Honda LPGA Thailand tournament.

Maguire shot birdies at the first, sixth, 10^th, 12^th, 15^th and 18^th but collected double bogey at the third and a bogey at 17.

The Cavan woman’s 69 moves her to 11-under-par and joint 26th heading into the final round.

Dane Nanna Koerstz Madsen is the outright leader on -21. Xiyu Lin of China and France’s Celine Boutier are one shot off the lead on -20.
