Cavan Eagles suffered a defeat while Carrick continue to Cruise

Utility Trust St Pauls Killarney maintained their top of the table position with a 63 -41 win over Mc Evoy Cavan Eagles in the Womens Super League over the weekend. That result ended the Breffni sides winning run and sees them hold 6th place in the league table.

In the Men's first division it was back to back wins for Carrick Cruisers over the Bank Holiday weekend with an impressive 102 to 84 home victory over Malahide on Friday night before following it up with a 72-71 win over Moy Tolka Rovers away on Sunday. The Monaghan side are 5th in the league table on 30 points, 9 off the leaders Drogheda Wolves.
