Monaghan name their team to face Dublin

The Farney side travel to Croke Park on Saturday night

Monaghan have named their team to face Dublin in Round 3 of the Allianz national football league tomorrow evening (Saturday) in Croke Park. With a number of injury concerns, Gabriel Bannigan has been forced to make a of number key changes to his side. Rory Beggan will start in goals with Darragh Mc Elearney, Darragh Treanor and first start for Ryan Wylie in the full back line.

Ryan O'Toole, Dessie Ward and Thomas Hughes make up the half back line with the returning Michael Mc Carville at the centre of the field alongside Gary Mohan. Karl Gallagher moves into the half forward line alongside Michael Bannigan and Stephen O'Hanlon with Aaron Carey, Andrew Woods and Stephen Mooney completing the starting 15. Fionan Carolan, Ryan Mc Anespie and Shane Hanratty are some of those named on the bench.As noted Rory Beggan starts in goals and he remarked that get a run out in Croke Park early in the year is always something to look foward too
