All-Ireland final and semi-final appearances are the reward of successful development work in the county

Monaghan minors will contest an All-Ireland final for the first time in 84 years this Sunday.

Monaghan face Derry in a repeat of the Ulster final at the BOX IT Athletic grounds at 1pm.

The arrival at the biggest day on the minors stage has been years in the building through development squads. The break through at this age grade came in 2013 with an Ulster title victory.
