Monaghan's Muireann Atkinson is understood to be linked with a move to AFLW side Collingwood as a cross-sport rookie.
The move is yet to be officially confirmed however. The AFLW Trade Period opens on Thursday, and runs for one week.
The Monaghan captain is no stranger to AFLW having been a train-on at Sydney in 2023.

Collingwood is no stranger to Irish players. Cavan’s Aishling Sheridan has played for the club since 2020 with Mayo’s Sarah Rowe signing the previous year.
