Mullahoran collected their second win of the Cavan senior championship with a three-point win over Castlerahan.
Mullahoran won out 3-15 to 2-9 after Castlerahan led 1-11 to six-points at half-time. Sean Og McGearty landing Castlerahan’s first-half goal.
Indeed, Jamie Clarke found the net for Castlerahan in the second-half. However, it wasn’t enough as Mullahoran found the net three times.

Elsewhere, the draw for the third round has been made. Castlerahan will meet Cavan Gaels, Laragh United face Ramor United, Killygarry meet Crosserlough.
Whereas, Ballinagh go up against Kingscourt stars, Gowna face Mullahoran and Arva go up aginst Ballyhaise. Indeed, those games will be played the weekend of August 31st. Days, times and venues to be decided.
