Monaghan will open their Division 1 league campaign when they welcome Armagh to St Tiernachs Park Clones on Sunday January 25th at 2pm. That will be 1 of 4 home games the Farney side will have as Mayo, Galway and Donegal will all be hosted by Gabriel Bannigans side. There is trips to Dr Hyde park to face Roscommon, a Saturday night under lights against Dublin in Croke Park and a trip to Killarney to face the All Ireland champions Kerry.
Cavan will begin their league 2 campaign with a journey down South to face Cork on January 25th before welcoming Meath to Kingspan Breffni a week later. Dermott Mc Cabes side will have 3 home games with Kildare and Louth also visiting the Breffni county while there are trips to Healy park to face Tyrone, Tullamore to take on Offaly and Celtic Park in the last round to meet Derry.
On the hurling front, Monaghan begin their Division 4 campaign against Sligo in Inniskeen on January 24th with Cavan out the same day in Kingspan Breffni as they host Warwickshire. The Breffni side will have home advantage in the Northern Sound derby when the sides meet in the final round on March 21st.
