The Monaghan man called the notes for the 16 year old who made his 4 wheel drive rally debut last weekend in a Subaru Impreza WRX in Australia. While a fuel pump issue deprived the pair of the overall win, they did set fastest times on 8 of the 12 stages at the Novus Glass Winvale Park Stages rally and speaking to the Shannonside/Northern Sound sports desk, Mac remarked that while it was a debut for the young driver in the car, he immediately settled into the role
