Ulster is leading the way with double headers of fixtures

This Saturday will see Monaghan face Armagh in the first of the ladies Ulster senior football championship semi finals in St Tiernachs Park Clones as part of a double header with the meeting of Monaghan and Down in the men’s competition. It has also be announced that the the 2nd ladies semi final between Cavan and Donegal will form a double header with the men from the same competing counties in the same venue on Sunday May 8th. Former Monaghan Ladies senior manager Niall Treanor is a member of the fixtures committee for the Ulster ladies and he remarked to Sean Mc Caffrey how great it is to have the 2 associations working together
