The route for the Ras Tailteann 2026 has been released and will see this years event focusing in the South West of the country. Starting on the 20th of May from Portlaoise the race will head towards Limerick, Kerry and Cork over the opening days before coming back via Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow, Kildare and finishing in Dunboyne in Co Meath on the 24th.
Cyclists will compete over 5 stages covering 785 kilometers that will include 21 categorised climbs.
