Return of World Rally championship to Ireland moves closer

Motorsport Ireland have proposed three venues to host a round over a three-year term

Ireland has moved a step closer to hosting a round of the World Rally championship in 2025. There is also a possibly 2026 and 2027 will return with three host venues been proposed by Motorsport Ireland.

The announcement was made last week and our reporter Sean McCaffrey spoke to Killian Duffy from "On the Pacenote”
