Monaghan motorclub are counting down to their re-scheduled Ronnie Hawe Stages rally on Sunday the 2nd of August. The original event which was due to run back in April was postponed due to the fuel protests and was given the new date of the August bank Holiday weekend. An over-subscribed entry is once again expected for the popular rally which is a counting round of the Triton Showers National championship, Sligo Pallets Border championship and the club championship. An appeal for marshalls has been issued by Monaghan motorclub to help with running the event. Conor Maguire is chairperson of the club and he noted that they had well over 100 marshalls in place for the event in April and while they will be contacted he is mindfull that they may not be available for the new date

The Four Seasons hotel will once again be the headquarters for the rally with crews set to compete over the usual format of 3 stages 3 times.
