The Monaghan Junior champions recorded a preliminary round win over Fr. Rocks

Sean Mc Dermotts have progressed to the quarter final of the Ulster Junior championship after a victory over Fr. Rocks of Cookstown in Clones on Saturday. The visitors had lead by 1 point at half time, but a strong opening quarter after the break mixed with poor discipline from the Tyrone champions who finished with 12 players seen the Monaghan champions progress.
