Cavan and Mullingar hospitals are among three listed as having no vacant general or critical care beds according to the HSE.
Its latest Covid-19 acute hospital operation report shows the two local hospitals and St Vincent's in Dublin are the only facilities with no general or critical care beds available.
Nine other hospitals have no vacant general beds and seven have no critical beds free.
