It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Wynne, Slievebricken, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan on March 10th, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, following an illness borne with strength and dignity.

Forever missed by his beloved wife Ann, sons Damian and Brendan (Magda), daughters Fiona (Colin), Claire (Eoghan) and Brona (Niall), his cherished grandchildren, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May he rest in peace

Reposing at his home (H14 HF72) Monday March 11th from 6 - 9pm. A shuttle bus will be provided for this time from Our Lady of Lourdes Church carpark (H14 HN52). House private all other times please.

Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Ballyconnell, Tuesday March 12th at 11.30am, with burial afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.

Very sad on learning of Brian’s passing. My deepest sympathy to his wife Ann & all his family. I knew Brian best for playing football with Kildallan “ back in the day “. He was a solid defender & a great teammate. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
