The HSE will continue to operate walk-in Covid-19 vaccination clinics in Monaghan this week. No appointment is necessary and those in attendance can avail of their next booster if they are 18 years or older.
Clinics open at St Davnet's Campus tomorrow, the 15th of February from 10am - 3pm and on Thursday the 16th of February from 1pm - 6pm. The HSE says Covid-19 is still "very active" in communities and the jab will prove effective in protecting everyone.
Meanwhile, the HSE will be in contact with those aged 18-49 who are due a booster. The health authority says there are 1.7m people in this group and that to date 95,000 or 6% have taken their second booster vaccine.
