Planning permission has been approved for 45 homes in Cavan Town.
The application that was approved in recent days will see the extension of the residential development known as Bramble Lane in the town.
Cavan County Council has given the green light for the demolition of all the existing partially built dwellings on the site along with erecting 45 fully serviced homes.

The mixed development will allow for 13 no. 2 storey 3 bed semi detached and terraced dwellings, 28 no. 2 storey 2 bed semi detached and terraced dwellings, and 4 no. 2 storey 1 bed terraced
County planners gave Campbell and Slevin IRL Ltd the go ahead with 37 conditions attached,
