A Tipperary dairy farmer is on a mission to raise money for mental health charities.
John Wallace is undertaking a challenge to walk the entire Beara-Breifne Way from West Cork to West Cavan.
John's father died by suicide nearly 10 years ago, and this journey is being made in his memory.

That will amount to 550km in just over two weeks, finishing in Blacklion Co. Cavan.
John says he is undertaking the journey in his father's memory, to raise much needed funds and also awareness for mental health.
