Carrick fitness coach encourages locals to get active. A local fitness coach is encouraging the people of the region to get moving; and active as we enter the summer season.
Colm McEneaney from the Carrick Fitness Centre says the importance of getting active can't be underestimated.
Colm says everyone has their own goals when it comes to physical fitness. He says the benefits are immense, adding that he has seen people's outlook on life change for the better when they become active through regular training.
