Republic of Ireland aim to keep their World Cup dreams alive when they face Czech Republic in their play-off semi-final later.

They last qualified for the tournament in 2002. It all boils down to this.

The Republic of Ireland were allocated just 1,024 tickets meaning many die-hard fans will miss out.

It’s likely a few extra thousand Irish fans will find their way into the stadium by buying tickets in the home Czech end of the stadium.

One of those fans is Cathal Jermyn from Cavan Town and he joined Ronan Gargan on today's Wider View.
