Mortimer shop fittings has been in operation locally over the past 4 decades and Ronan Gargan spoke to Paddy in detail to find out more about his business and what it has been like being based out of Bailieboro over the years.
Paddy also spoke about the need for people to support their own areas. This will future proof the town for years to come. Moreover, he highlighted how the people of Bailieboro are great at supporting businesses; and he said that it was great to see new ventures opening in the town instead of more retail units closing.
