The country is reopening as we know and it’s expected we’ll move to Phase 3 on Monday to see hairdressers, gyms and coffee shops opening up once again.  We are all aware of how challenging this has been on everyone – and we are being asked to keep things local as we move forward. Alan Johnston is the Chair of the Monaghan Town Team and started by explaining how local shops are getting back on their feet.
