On Monday libraries could reopen their doors again in a limited capacity, as they start to resume normal business of sorts. In May we heard about how libraries were coping through the pandemic and without being physically opened. Catherine Elliot the Monaghan County Librarian joined The Wider View to give an update on the work that went on behind the scenes between now and then. She started by explaining what services resumed this week.
