Kyte Powertech management and SIPTU attended the Labour Court on the 1st of September for discussions in relation to the ongoing pay dispute.
A final set of proposals have been agreed by the parties and Kyte Powertech and SIPTU will recommend for acceptance.
These proposals will be subject to a ballot by SIPTU members following a general meeting.

SIPTU has confirmed that all industrial action will be suspended pending the outcome of the balloting process.
The company says it will be making no further comment in respect of the matter.
