An annual Christmas fundraising dinner dance in aid of St Christopher's Hospice, Cavan and Monaghan is set to take place on the 2nd of December.
Carmel Dalton has been organising this event for 21 years now and this year the event is to take place at the Hotel Kilmore, Cavan.
Previously the event has been held in the Lavey Inn for the past two decades. Doors open at 7 pm and dinner will be served at 8 pm followed by dancing the night away to Eamonn Jackson.
According to the organiser, this event is a way of supporting the wonderful work that the local hospice dose in Cavan and Monaghan. Carmel says it's sure to be a fantastic night of wonderful food and great music and dancing, adding that she receives great support for the Northern Sound region.
