An Armagh couple have been scammed out of £80,000 after a bank transfer fraud.
A call claiming to be from "The Fraud Squad" of the London police rang the pair recently to say their account had been compromised and that they should create a separate account to transfer funds.
Within minutes, £77,000 was taken from their accounts. Investigations and enquiries are ongoing.

The PSNI says the threat of online or offline scams is a "constant focus" and is urging people to never disclose personal or financial details over the phone.
