Cavan man Kevin McGahern is hoping people across the region will continue to support him all the way to the final of this year's Dancing with the Stars.
The comedian and television presenter is one of 10 contestants left following last night departure of Derry Girls Leah O Rourke.
The Gowna native hopes people from across the region continues to vote for him and his dance partner Laura Nolan.
The well-known comedian says that he is really enjoying his time on the hit RTE show and hope his dancing performances his enough for him to progress through each week.
He says that there is a huge amount of perpetration that goes into each weeks performance and its far from the glitz and glam that we see each Sunday night.
Kevin says it's very different than anything he has ever done before, he has no dancing experience and he says while positive comments are welcome from the judges, he prefers to look at the more negative comments and see how he can improve for the following week instead.
The Gowna man said he hopes that he can count on the votes that are being cast in Cavan and the wider region.
