A Co Cavan nursing home has been found to be compliant or substantially compliant in all areas.
College View Nursing Home on the Clones Road in Cavan was subject to an unannounced HIQA inspection on the 27th of October.
It's a purpose built nursing home that can accommodate 69 residents on a long and short term stay, and on a respite basis.

The inspectors observed that the centre had a "relaxed and peaceful environment" and residents told inspectors that they were happy with the care they received.
College View Nursing Home was "substantially compliant" in nine areas, and these were risk-rated "yellow", which signifies a low risk.
A compliance plan has since been put in place to become fully compliant in these areas.
