Cavan Older People’s Council is looking for expressions of interest from Older People who live in the Bailieborough/Cootehill Municipal District area to become a member of its Executive Committee.
The Older People’s Council Executive Committee meets every two months.
It is a representative group who bring the voice of older people into local government and work with Cavan County Council’s Age Friendly Programme to implement its Age Friendly Strategy.
They also assist with the organisation of information sessions and events on topics of interest to older people.
