The Funeral mass for Ballyjamesduff school teacher Saoirse Corrigan will take place in St John the Baptist Church in Castlepollard at 12:30 today.
Ms Corrigan who taught at St Clare’s College died alongside her partner Shane Gilchrist and Wexford native Julie Kehoe following a two-car collision on the N52 near Kells on New Year’s Eve.
Kells-based Councillor, Sean Drew said the deaths of the three young people was ‘an awful tragedy’ and highlighted the ‘dark period’ on Ireland’s roads this Christmas.
