Child missing from Derry may be south of border

The PSNI has issued an appeal for information about a missing child that may now be in Donegal.

Four-year-old Scarlet Duddy was last seen leaving a play centre in Derry with a woman yesterday morning.

Police in the north believe this woman is a relative who may be with Scarlet in Donegal.

Scarlet has hazel eyes, light brown hair, and two of her front teeth are missing.
